Cancellation Policy

We understand unexpected situations arise beyond your control, leading to the need to cancel an Active Ability session without prior awareness. To maintain transparency and clarity for all involved, we find it important to outline our cancellation policy upfront.

Should a cancellation occur within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a charge equivalent to 100% of the anticipated fee will apply. Additionally, if a client is absent at the appointed time, resulting in the clinician's presence without service, the fee will still be charged at 100%.
